Are you insured and police checked?
Yes. We carry $5 million of public liability cover with QBE, and everyone who cleans for us is police checked. Ask and Ryan will email the certificate of currency to you, your landlord or your building manager before the first clean. If your site has an induction, we do it before we start.
When do you clean?
Usually after hours, early in the morning or at the weekend, so the work happens around your business. We hold the key and alarm code and lock up behind us. The same small team comes each visit, so nobody has to be shown around twice. Weekend visits cost more, because award wages are higher on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do I have to sign a contract?
You sign a simple service agreement once, and it has no fixed term or lock-in: it carries on until you want to change it. Change how often we come, pause or stop with reasonable notice. A one-off clean is a single booking with nothing ongoing. Every job is quoted before we start, free and back the same day.
