Pulp Digital is a marketing agency with a studio in Richmond. They moved to us after their previous cleaners became unreliable, and we’ve cleaned the studio every fortnight since, always once the team has gone home.

It’s a fair picture of how our office cleaning runs. Ryan quoted the job and still answers the phone for it. Emma leads the clean. We have the keys, so nobody from the agency waits around to let us in or to lock the door after us.

Most offices want the clean done while the place is empty, and that suits us: evenings, overnight, early mornings and weekends are all open. We take offices within about 25 km of Malvern East.

How much does office cleaning cost in Melbourne?

Regular cleans start from $99 a visit. What you pay depends on the size of the floor, the kitchens and bathrooms on it, how frequent the visits are and what time of day they happen. A first clean takes longer and costs more than the visits after it, and a weekly booking works out cheaper per visit than occasional call-outs. The numbers are in our pricing guide.

How often should an office be professionally cleaned?

Pulp Digital is fortnightly because a studio like theirs stays fairly tidy between visits. More people, more visitors or a kitchen that works hard pushes an office to weekly or more. Do you clean outside of business hours?

Evenings, overnight, early mornings and weekends are all open, and most offices choose a time when the place is empty. We keep a key and your alarm code, and the office is locked again when we go. Weekend visits are dearer, because the award sets higher wages for Saturdays and Sundays.

Are your cleaners police checked and insured?

We’re insured and police checked. If your landlord or building manager wants the certificate of currency on file, ask and Ryan will email it.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

There’s no lock-in contract. You can go from weekly to fortnightly, take a break or finish up altogether. All we ask is reasonable notice.

What areas of Melbourne do you service?

We take offices within about 25 km of Malvern East, including South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Armadale, Malvern, Hawthorn, Richmond, St Kilda, Caulfield, Glen Iris, Camberwell, Clayton, Docklands and the CBD. Not sure if we cover your area? Ring Ryan and ask.
