That shapes the job more than the office does. Everything is carried up and carried down again, and all of it is ours: you don’t supply equipment or products. A white floor in a production kitchen gets a commercial vacuum, then food-safe products where things have spilled or gone sticky, then a deep mop and scrub that goes over the busy lanes more than once. We work nights and closed days, so the shop never loses trading or prep time to us.

A small office building is the other way round. The suite is simple and the shared parts are the question. If you look after the building and not one tenancy, we quote the stairwells, foyers and corridors on their own, or together with a suite.
Regular office cleaning can be weekly or fortnightly, and booking us every week works out cheaper per visit than ringing for the odd clean. There are no lock-in contracts. We are insured and police checked, and the insurance certificate is there for your landlord if they ask.

Who is meant to clean the shared stairs?
Whoever the lease or the owners corporation says, and it’s worth checking, because a shared stair can end up being nobody’s job. We can clean the stair and landing as part of your office, quote them separately for the building, or leave them out.
Who will be doing the cleaning?
Mostly the two of us, Ryan and Emma. We quote every job and clean most of them ourselves. Emma leads the cleaning, and Ryan is the one who picks up when you ring, whatever the hour.
Can you do a single clean before an inspection or at the end of a lease?
A one-off clean is fine: end of lease, before an inspection, after builders. Ryan sees the space first, then quotes it either at an hourly rate with a cap or as a fixed price.
