A deep clean is what you book when a normal visit would only move the dirt around. You want a reset before a regular program starts, your lease is ending and the space has to go back clean, the builders have left fine dust on every ledge, or the place is cleaned every week and still needs a proper going-over once or twice a year.
What changes is how long we stay and where the time goes. Furniture that can be moved gets moved, and we clean behind and under it. The kitchen is done inside as well as out: fridge, microwave, cupboards. Grout and showers get scrubbed, hard floors too, and carpet can be put through hot water extraction.
Ryan looks at the space before he quotes, and tells you what he expects to come out and what he doesn’t. A deep clean is usually quoted by the hour with a cap, because nobody knows how long one takes until it’s started. The cap is the most you’ll pay.

How long does a deep clean take?

Do I need to be present during the deep clean?
You don’t need to be there. We hold the keys and alarm code for after-hours jobs and lock up when we leave. We’re insured and police checked, and the insurance certificate can go to your landlord before we start.
How is a deep clean different from regular cleaning?
A regular clean holds a space at a standard: vacuuming, mopping, wiping. A deep clean gets it there. Some marks are damage and won’t clean out, like carpet worn to the backing or a burn in a benchtop, and Ryan points those out when he looks at the space.
