St Kilda Road is the third kind: office buildings. If yours has a building manager who wants paperwork before a contractor starts, tell us which building and Ryan will find out what’s needed before the first clean. We’re insured and police checked, and the certificate of currency can be sent on request. After hours we keep your key and alarm code and lock the tenancy when we leave.
Where we’d say no
We’re a small team. A site big enough to need cleaners on several shifts a day isn’t one for us, and Ryan will tell you that on the phone instead of quoting for it. High glass that needs rope access or a platform is the same conversation: mention it when you ring and you’ll get a straight answer on whether it’s a job for us.
