Pricing & Costs
Costs depend on your space size, frequency and scope. As a rough guide: small offices start from around $150 per clean; medium offices (150โ500mยฒ) typically run $800โ$2,500/month; large spaces (500mยฒ+) start from $2,500/month. We provide free, accurate quotes based on your specific requirements.

We offer both. Flat-rate pricing works best for regular, recurring cleaning – you know exactly what you’ll pay each month. Hourly pricing suits one-off or unpredictable jobs like deep cleans or post-construction tidying. We’ll recommend the best model for your situation.
Cheaper quotes often signal non-compliance with the Cleaning Services Award 2020, no public liability insurance, or no police checks. The Award minimum for a casual cleaner in 2026 is $32.31/hr – any quote significantly below $35/hr should raise questions. We’re fully compliant, fully insured and completely transparent.
Weekend and after-hours rates are higher due to Award penalty rates. Saturday rates are 150% and Sunday rates are 200% of the standard weekday rate. We’re always upfront about this in your quote – no surprises on your invoice.

Yes. Most of our regular clients prefer cleaning outside business hours to avoid disruption. We offer early morning, after-hours and weekend cleaning across all services. We work around your schedule, not the other way around.
Most offices benefit from 2โ3 cleans per week. High-traffic spaces like medical clinics or busy retail may need daily cleaning. Smaller teams often find weekly sufficient. We’ll recommend the right frequency after a quick chat about your space and usage.
