A one-off clean nearly always comes with a deadline. The keys go back on Friday. The inspection is Tuesday morning. The shop opens next week and the builders have left dust on every ledge. So the first thing Ryan asks is the date, and the second is when the place will be empty.

We clean at whatever hour gets it done in time: after hours, overnight, early morning or on the weekend. On a space we’ve never cleaned, nobody knows how long the job takes until it has started, so a one-off is quoted by the hour with a cap, or at a fixed price once Ryan has walked through.

The pavilion carpets at D.W. Lucas Oval were a one-off with a date that couldn’t move: a club event on 14 July 2026. We finished ahead of it. When you ring, Ryan answers, at any hour, which helps when the date is close.

Can I get a one-off clean without signing a contract?

A single clean needs no contract and no commitment after it. If one clean turns into wanting us back on a schedule, that’s your call, and regular work has no lock-in either.

How quickly can you do a one-off clean?

Give as much notice as you can, but ring even if it’s tight. Ryan answers at any hour and will tell you on the call whether we can do it by your date, overnight and weekends included.

What does a one-off commercial clean include?

Whatever the job calls for. After an event it’s mostly floors, bins, the kitchen and the bathrooms. End of lease and after-builders cleans are full resets, top to bottom. Ryan agrees the list with you before he quotes.

Do you do end of lease cleans for commercial properties?

We clean to the list in your lease or from the agent, so send it with the enquiry and Ryan quotes against it. What we can’t promise is how a landlord or agent will decide on the day.

How much does a one-off commercial clean cost in Melbourne?
