Ryan and Emma, a family cleaning business in Malvern East
I’m Ryan. My partner Emma and I started Withers Solutions in 2025, and run it from Malvern East. We clean offices, consulting rooms, shops, gyms, warehouses and club rooms within about 25 km. For a price, ring me on 0409 385 707 at any hour, or send the site and what you need. Quotes are free and back the same day.
Emma leads the cleaning. She knows this work inside out, and how a job gets done is her call. I do the quoting, the scheduling and the phone, and I clean alongside her on most jobs.
We work this together as a couple, which means we care about it the way you only care about something with your name on it. When the job’s done, we want you to notice.
Who you’ll deal with
We’re a small team, and we’re not the biggest cleaning company in Melbourne. That suits the work we take on. It also means there are jobs I’ll turn down: a site that needs cleaners on several shifts a day needs a bigger crew than ours, and I’d rather say so on the phone than quote for it and hope.
The jobs we do take, we can show you. We clean the Pulp Digital studio in Richmond every fortnight, and we brought the pavilion carpets at D.W. Lucas Oval back from brown to grey.
When something isn’t right, you tell me and I fix it. There’s no call centre and no ticket number, and it’s the same small team on your job each visit.
