That’s a standard office clean. If the rooms haven’t had a proper going-over in a while, we’d start with a deep clean and hold it from there. Tired carpet can be booked in on its own for hot water extraction.
What a fortnightly routine looks like
The routine we can show you from start to finish is at Pulp Digital, a marketing agency with a studio in Richmond. We’re there every fortnight, always outside business hours. We move the keyboards to wipe the desks, dust the screens, clean the kitchen and the bathrooms, then vacuum every floor and mop the hard ones.

Early, late or on the weekend
A consulting room can’t be cleaned around appointments, so we come when the rooms are empty. Before the first booking of the day, after the last one, overnight or on a weekend: any of them is fine by us.
You don’t need to wait around to let us in. We keep a key, we know the alarm, and the last thing we do is lock the door. The business is insured and police checked. If you’d like to see the insurance certificate before we start, Ryan will send it.

What would a small practice in Glen Iris pay?

Sharps and clinical waste stay with your provider. We clean the waiting room, consulting rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and floors around them. If your practice needs something beyond a standard commercial clean, tell Ryan on the phone. He’ll say plainly if it’s outside what we do.
Is a two-room suite too small to quote?
A small suite is fine. Give Ryan the address and the number of rooms and he’ll reply the same day. A larger space he would want to walk through before quoting.
What if we want to go from weekly to fortnightly later on?
Tell us and we change it. There’s no lock-in contract, so dropping back, pausing or stopping only takes reasonable notice.
