Commercial vacuum first, food-safe products on the spills and sticky patches, then a full mop and scrub with extra passes on the busy lanes. The bathrooms are sanitised weekly.

The other half of Prahran is over the shops. If yours is a studio with cables, samples and print stacks on every surface, we agree the ground rules once: desks wiped around the equipment, not through it, and nothing shifted that was left there for a reason.
A regular office clean is the desks, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bins and the floors, vacuumed before they’re mopped. You choose weekly, fortnightly or something else, and with no lock-in contract you can change it, pause or stop with reasonable notice. We bring the equipment and the products.
Nobody has to wait back to let us in. We hold a key and the alarm code for after-hours work and lock the door behind us. We’re insured and police checked. If your landlord wants the certificate of currency, ask Ryan and he’ll send it.

What does commercial cleaning cost in Prahran?
The price comes from the floor area, the number of kitchens and bathrooms, how often we come and at what hour. As a rough guide, regular cleans start from $99 a visit, and medium spaces of 150 to 500 square metres usually run $800 to $2,500 a month. The pricing guide goes through it properly.
We trade seven days. When would you come?
After close or before opening, on whichever days you choose. Weekend visits cost more because award wages are higher on weekends, so a weeknight is the cheaper pick if you have one.
Do you clean shopfront glass?
Inside and outside glass for shopfronts and offices is our window cleaning service. It can be added to a regular clean or booked on its own cycle.
Can you do a single clean before an opening or at the end of a lease?
A one-off clean covers an opening or an inspection, and end-of-lease and after-builders work is quoted as a deep clean. Ryan walks through the space before he prices either.
