The business side of Malvern East is spread out, not stacked along one strip. There’s the run of shops on Waverley Road, the small village of traders on Darling Road, the Central Park shops on Burke Road, the offices around East Malvern station, and the edge of Chadstone.
Most of those tenancies are small: a suite above a shop, a house converted into consulting rooms, a studio behind a roller door. Every job we take on is quoted by Ryan and Emma, and they clean most of them themselves.

So we plan around it. We carry our own equipment and products in and out every visit, and we sort the key or alarm code arrangement once and stick to it. A converted house can have timber in the hall, carpet in the rooms and tiles in the bathroom, and a product that suits one can mark another.
A space that size usually suits a weekly or fortnightly office clean. We also do the bigger single jobs: a deep clean when a lease finishes, or carpets and hard floors on their own.
The carpet everyone thought was brown
D.W. Lucas Oval, at Dunlop Reserve, is minutes from our door. The East Malvern Football Netball Club came to us mid-season, with a club event booked for 14 July 2026 and a pavilion carpet that looked brown. Under the soil it was a two-tone grey.
The pavilion belongs to the City of Stonnington and three clubs use it over the year, so we got access through the council and worked after hours. Each morning the rooms were dry and ready to use again. We finished ahead of the event.

The pavilion at D.W. Lucas Oval is the one we can show you. If your hall or club room has a date it must be ready by, tell Ryan the date first and we’ll schedule backwards from it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There’s no lock-in contract. If you want fewer visits, a break, or to stop altogether, reasonable notice is all we ask.
Send us the address or ring Ryan, and he’ll come back to you the same day. Unless it’s a small office, he’ll walk through the space before he quotes, which from Durward Road is not much of a trip.
